When you ask for a quote
MLV Moving collects the details you submit, including your name, phone number, optional email, pickup and destination ZIP codes, move size, move date, and notes. We use them to respond to your request, discuss an estimate, and coordinate your move if you choose to book. Submitting the form does not book a move or authorize unrelated automated marketing texts.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored in a private directory on our website’s server. When email notifications are configured, the request is also delivered through our email provider to the MLV Moving team. Website hosting and email providers may process information to operate these services. Form information is not published on this website or sold by this application.
Measurement and advertising
Campaign labels in the page URL may be attached to your request so we can understand where it came from. If optional Google measurement is configured and you allow it, Google may receive page visits and events such as quote submissions or clicks on a telephone link. Google click identifiers may then be attached to your request. Names, contact details, and moving notes are not sent by this application’s measurement events. Optional measurement is off until you allow it. Changing your choice stops future optional events; it does not erase data already received by a provider.
Cookies and local storage
Essential form security cookies help prevent forged requests. If you use the moving checklist, your checked items are saved in this browser’s local storage. We also save your measurement preference here. We do not save your quote form’s personal details in browser storage. You can clear local preferences through your browser settings.
Retention and your choices
Website request files are automatically removed after 90 days while the website is running. Email copies and any records created during a booked move follow the business’s retention practices, which must be confirmed before launch. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting hello@example.com. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.
